Summer Ski Instructor Training
Every summer, between May and September, our coaches are available for private training on the Matterhorn Glacier. Reachable from Zermatt or Cervinia, the summer ski area is amongst the largest in Europe and the highest one!
Summer is the ideal time to build the skier, making a much easier life (and wins) in the actual Winter season.
In summer we work by appointment only, with our Head Coach
Fede always available for ski professionals and athletes of different levels. Please get in touch with us directly at
info@subzerocoaching.com to book your summer skiing with us.
Ski Coaching
During each camp we will be working towards general skills, in order to improve each skier on the fundamentals movements. As well, we will start building up performance, pushing each individual towards becoming the best skier they can be.
This is the ideal way of keeping up the technical abilities developed during the past winter and prepare towards a strong upcoming season, starting December with a huge tool box of exercises for teaching and self training. And ripping from the first turn…
Summer skiing is ideal for:
- general skills development
- piste performance,
improving/creating correct movement patterns, balance, coordination and general conditioning
- Introduction to freestyle (air time, basic tricks, switch skiing)
- introduction to gates (eye to gate coordination, line choice etc)
Fitness Coaching
Working together in the summer also allows us to look into the fitness routing you are carrying out and how to change it for the best. Together we can work on different aspects of strength, flexibility, endurance, balance etc in order to make you achieve the highest performance.
